English to Japanese/Japanese to English E-mail translation service

We contract you for the translation of e-mails, and this contract covers a 1000 English words unit. We ask you to pay the translation fee for 1000 words upon closing the contract. If the total number of words is less than 1000, you can order another translation so that the total number of the words will be 1000. When the number of words exceeds 1000, another contract will be closed. The translation rate is the same for English/Japanese translation and Japanese/English translation. When the total number of words is less than 1000 for one e-mail translation, the payment will be carried over to the next translation. The invoice will be issued when the translation is made for more than 1000 words. This service is very useful for not only the people who have business in Japan, but also for those who need small-volume document translation in English and in Japanese at regular basis.
How does it work?
- Send us any document which you need to translate by e-mail. Please add a return e-mail address. We can send the translation back to you or to another attention you indicated. Settlement of encode (Windows, ISO, JIS, Unicode) of e-mail is available, if necessary.
- When you already have a Japanese website and indicate the e-mail address which we specify for receiving contact from Japanese viewers, you can receive Japanese e-mails from Japanese customers translated into English.
E-mails which we receive from Monday through Friday 17:00 Japan Time will be translated and will be sent by midnight of the same day(up to 200 English words.) Those received after Friday 17:00 will be translated and will be sent back by the next Monday midnight.

This service will be contracted for a unit of 1,000 English words. The rate is the same for English/Japanese translation and for Japanese/English translation. When the total number of words is less than 1000 for one e-mail translation, you can order another translation up to 1000 words. The contract will be updated when the translation is made for e-mails exceeding 1000 words.
